Starting Oct. 19, the playground at Towne Lake Park, 800 Esters Road, will be closed while a contractor replaces the rubber surface in the play area. The project will take two weeks to complete, weather permitting. For public safety, temporary fencing will be installed around the playground during the resurfacing project.
