While being booked, he allegedly resisted, then head-butted a correctional officer, triggering new felony charges and a move to revoke his existing Dallas County community supervision.
   

2. Irving Motel 6 Search Leads to Drug, Gun Charges Against 2 Suspects (irvingweekly.com) — Irving police arrested two people at the Airport Freeway Motel 6 after a late-night encounter led officers to a room containing multiple drugs, packaging materials, and two handguns, one reported stolen. The suspects now face numerous felony drug charges, and one is additionally accused of unlawful firearm possession and probation violations, with bonds totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.
