Here are the top three stories today in McKinney-Frisco:
- On Wednesday morning, Cirrus Aircraft donated $25,000 to McKinney ISD Aviation. Senior Director of MISD, Todd Young said the money will primarily continue funding the MISD Aviation Program's build projects. MISD remains one of about four public school districts in Texas that offer aviation courses for aspiring students. (The Dallas Morning News)
- The Tennessee Highway Patrol says 34-year-old truck driver, Nicolai Solonari of Frisco, Texas, faces charges in connection to a wreck involving 4 vehicles total. THP reports Solonari ran off the left side of the roadway, striking a guardrail and hitting a sign before leaving the roadway. Three vehicles hit the damaged sign and debris, but no one was hurt. (WTVC)
