  1. McKinney businesses are investing over $15M of dollars in new construction. Rosenthal Kalabus & Therrian Law Office has projected spending $3M on a new building as well as parking. The McIntyre Road-Building 3, Mill Stream Apartments, Pet Method, and Virginia Shopps have also filed projects through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. (Community Impact Newspaper)
  2. While Russian vodka sales plummet, a Ukrainian vodka company, Kruto Vodka, has seen a surge in new customers. President and CEO Roman Talis said more than 50 new customers, including suppliers, have reached out offering support and purchases. The Frisco-based company said that sales have at least doubled.   3. 41-year-old Christopher Gonzalez of Frisco was sentenced to 40 years in prison for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child, said Collin County District Attorney Greg Willis. After sentencing, Willis praised the young victim for reporting years of abuse to a trusted school counselor and bravely testifying against her abuser in court. Jason Evans, Olivia Penson, and Chris Fontana of the Collin County Sheriff's Office were the investigators on the case. (Press Release Desk)
