• Blood Trail Near Lake Grove Park in Midlothian Leads to Wounded Teen (irvingweekly.com) — Midlothian police are investigating a Monday evening shooting near Lake Grove Park that left a 17-year-old with a non-life-threatening injury and a visible blood trail toward Coleman Elementary. Detectives collected evidence, including a shell casing, and say there’s no ongoing public threat, but they’re asking anyone with information to contact a named investigator.
