Her experience highlights parents' rights to mandated accommodations and encourages local families to seek help and outside advocates when district systems stall or fail to respond. 
• Deborah Hall (kogt.com) — Family and friends are mourning longtime educator and principal Deborah Hall, who passed away August 27 and whose brother lives in Missouri City. Her Celebration of Life is set for Saturday, September 5, in Orange, where loved ones are invited to wear Houston Astros or Dallas Cowboys gear in her honor and may donate to the National MS Society.
