1 Killed In North Austin Car-Motorcycle Collision
Crash between a motorcycle and vehicle along 9200 block of Metric Boulevard just before 5:30 a.m. leaves man in his 40s dead at the scene.
AUSTIN, TX — A motorcyclist was killed in a North Austin traffic accident early Sunday, medics said.
The collision between a motorcycle and vehicle occurred along the 9200 block of Metric Boulevard just before 5:30 a.m. According to Austin-Travis County EMS, a man in his 40s was pronounced dead at the scene.
The wreckage prompted road closures in the area to accommodate a police investigation and road cleanup. The cause of the crash is unclear.
