4 New Hotels Coming To Pflugerville By Fall 2019

Additional lodging sites coming to 200-acre Stone Hill Town Center by fall 2019 attest to the city's explosive growth in recent years.

PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS — If one needs a barometer of a region's brisk growth, look no further than Pflugerville, where four hotels will soon be built concurrently.

According to reports, four new hotel affiliated with Holiday Inn Express, Home2 Suites, La Quinta del Sol and Tru brands will be located next to each other at Stone Hill Town Center at the intersection of the Texas 130 and Texas 45 toll roads.

Houston-based NewQuest Properties, the developer of the center, spoke to the growth dynamics of the region: “With four hotels coming to Stone Hill Town Center, it’s a testament to the project and the strength of this site,” NewQuest vice president Rebecca Le said in a written statement to the Austin American-Statesman. “It shows our project is continuing to grow after 10 years of development.”

Stone Hill Town Center is situated on nearly 200 acres spanning across 1 million-plus square feet of space available for lease. The development already is home to a number of retailers, including Dick’s Sporting Goods, Home Depot, Petco, Super Target and a nine-screen Cinemark movie theater. Moreover, Texas Typhoon Adventure Park is located nearby, attracting some 300,000 visitors annually.

The hotels are scheduled to open in the fall of 2019, NewQuest officials said.
