Mike C, of Austin, said: “Honestly, this is one of those places where no one single thing stands out as great, but the whole package coalesces into a really comfortable bar. The hours flew by in happy conversation, drinking and snacking and before I knew it, it was time to go home.”

100 N Loop Blvd E
Yelp reviewer Jesse C, of Austin, said: “This is a really great place to kick back n socialize.
Great selection of brews on tap. Friendly bar staff and the food is damn good! Located in one of my favorite Austin sections too. I sincerely hope this place continues to thrive and prosper.. they keep Austin true to it’s roots.”
100 W North Loop
Courtney R, of Redwood City, California, said: “Best bar in Austin. Pam (the owner) can read people like a book and makes fantastic drinks and makes you feel like you walked into her home. You’ll never feel alone if you’re near the Tigress.”
4112 Medical Pkwy
Brian P, from Austin, said: “I come here at least every other week. If you love beer, this is the place for you. If you love any other beverage, this isn’t the place for you. Their selection of beer is wonderful with a heavy focus on local (Texas, OK, Louisiana) beers. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is pretty knowledgeable on the majority of the beers.”
2207 Justin Ln
Yelp reviewer Tim Y, of Washington DC, said: “The servers and bartenders here are always nice and cool. The vibe is chill, probably because it’s an older, non-pretentious crowd (aka people who go here know what to expect). The drinks are always what you would expect from a good dive bar... not necessarily consistent, but always good.”
