Accident Victim Sustains Non-Life-Threatening Injuries
Rollover occurred off Texas toll road.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX -- A victim of a rollover accident along a Texas toll road Friday afternoon sustained non-life-threatening injuries although he was transported to the hospital as a precaution, an Austin-Travis County EMS spokesman said.
As news of the rollover spread, some media outlets reported the victim had been thrown from his vehicle after a rollover crash on southbound State Highway 130 traveling onto westbound Texas 45. But late Friday, Commander Mike Benavides said the victim was not ejected from his car.
“We transported an adult male of unknown age with minimal injuries,” Benavides said of the accident that occurred at about 4 p.m. He said the victim was transported to the Seton Hayes County Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.
