Adopt a Pet From the Williamson County Animal Shelter

Here are the shelter’s qualifications for adoption.

  • Must be 18 years or older to adopt
  • Must have valid ID
  • Must fill out adoption application
  • All adoptions are first come, first serve
  • The shelter cannot hold animals

The cost of adopting a new pet from the animal shelter is $75. That money goes toward vaccines, neutering/spaying surgery, disease screening and microchips for the animals.

If cats are more of your thing don’t worry. The shelter has plenty of cats up for adoption, including Bridget, a 1-year-old Domestic Shorthair/Mix.
