Armed Robbery Suspect Sought In Austin
Police seek a man they accuse of having robbed several stores over a nine-day period in November.
AUSTIN, TX — Police are investigating a series of convenience store robberies occurring during a nine-day period last month by a suspect who was said to be armed.
The Austin Police Department said the incidents occurred between Nov. 18-27 at various locations across the city. The dates and locations of each robbery are:
- 5618 Manor Rd. Nov. 18, 2019
- 1918 Rosewood Ave., Nov. 21, 2019
- 1401 Cedar Ave., Nov. 22, 2019
- 1918 Rosewood Ave., Nov. 24, 2019
- 2601 Manor Rd., Nov. 26 2019
The robberies all occurred between 9:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Police described as a black man of about 30 years of age standing between five feet, seven inches and five feet, ten inches in height with a weight between 180 to 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie and white athletic shoes that were described as unique.
"We are asking the public to look at the above video to assist in identifying the suspect," police write in a press advisory. "Please call the APD robbery tip line at (512) 974-5092 with any information."
