Arrest Made In Schultz Lane Fatal Shooting: Pflugerville PD

The arrest in San Antonio stems from a fatal shooting at a 7-Eleven store on 17511 Schultz Lane that occurred Nov. 14, police said.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — An arrest has been made in a case of a fatal shooting on Schultz Lane that occurred last month, police said on Friday.

The U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force San Antonio arrested Dominic Nicholson, 42, after Pflugerville Police filed an arrest warrant that charged him with capital murder in connection to the death of Germichael Perry-Moses on Nov. 14, according to a press advisory.

Nicholson is accused of fatally shooting Perry-Moses on the evening of Nov. 14 at the 7-Eleven located on 17511 Schultz Lane, police said. Pflugerville Police responded to a shots fired call at 8:46 p.m. and found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot with gunshot wounds.

Despite life-saving efforts by officers, Perry-Moses was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Pflugerville Police Department provided no further details, adding only that detectives continue to investigate the case.
