Austin Police Seek Help Finding Burglary Suspects (Video)

Home surveillance video has been released in the hopes of finding two suspects in a December 2017 home burglary.

AUSTIN, TX — Police are seeking help in locating two suspects wanted for burglarizing a residence last December.

The burglary occurred along the 500 block of Meadow Lea Drive on Dec. 26, 2017, at 11 a.m. when two suspects broke into a home, police said. One suspect appears to be an Anglo or Hispanic man standing at around six feet, two inches with a goatee and prescription glasses and weighing about 250 pounds. He was wearing Adidas sweat pants, police added. The second suspect is also believed to be an Anglo or Hispanic man standing at about five fee four inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call police. Video surveillance footage of the two suspects was released in the hopes someone might recognize them and alert police at (512) 974-6941. Those with information also can contact police by downloading the Austin Police Department's mobile app for free on iPhone and Android.
