Austin Police Seek Help In Locating Elderly Woman
Susan Weber, 72, stayed in the car while her husband dashed inside store, only to disappear along with the vehicle when he returned.

AUSTIN, TX — Police are seeking help from the public in locating an elderly woman who went missing after last being seen at the HEB Central Market in North Austin.
In a press advisory, police said Susan Weber, 72, remained in the car while her husband entered the HEB Central Market at 4001 N. Lamar Boulevard around 10 a.m. on Wednesday. When the man returned to the car, police said, both Weber and the vehicle were gone.
Concern over the woman's welfare is heightened given her medical issues and reliance on an oxygen tank that had a mere three-hour supply remaining, police noted. Police said the woman could be in a maroon-colored Mazda CX5 with Texas license plate JGH214. Police added the husband is in possession of the car's key fob, meaning that the woman wouldn't be able to restart the car if needed.
