Austin Police Seek Help Locating Missing Man

Brian Hatley, 53, has medical conditions that heighten the concern over his safety, officials explained.

AUSTIN, TX — Police seek the public's help in locating a missing man whose health conditions heighten concern over his safety, officials said on Wednesday.

Brian Hatley, 53, was last seen at 1108 Kramer Lane on Wednesday. He is described a white male standing six feet, two inches tall and weighing 180 pounds. He has long, dark brown hair, a mustache and beard, brown eyes and was not wearing his glasses, according to police. Hatley was last seen wearing a blue-and-red plaid shirt, black pants and black shoes.

Police released a photo of Hatley in the hopes someone might recognize him and alert police as to his whereabouts.

Anyone seeing Hatley is urged to call 9-1-1 or the APD Missing Persons Unit at 512-974-5250 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tips also can be submitted by downloading APD’s mobile app, Austin PD, for free on iPhone and Android.
