Austin Police SWAT Teams Descend On Rundberg Lane
The massive police response was to serve a warrant for aggravated assault, police said.
North Austin, TX -- Police SWAT teams descended at East Rundberg Lane Friday morning for reasons to serve a warrant.
After the operation, a police spokeswoman said the operation was conducted to serve a warrant against a suspect for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The spokeswoman told reporters the SWAT response ended peacefully and a male suspect had been detained.
The arrest was executed in the 1100 block of East Rundberg Lane.
