The city's 911 service and police department phones are unaffected by the outage, city officials said.The break occurred at the SH 130 northbound access road after a traffic-related incident. City officials note the artery has been reduced to one lane, and motorists can expect delays as a result. As for city phones and cable, crews are working to restores the service as soon as possible.
