Child Dies After Being Hit By Car Driven By Relative In N. Austin
Medics rushed to mobile home park along the 8105 block of Research Boulevard just before 3:30 p.m., only to find 10-year-old boy dead.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — A child died Friday afternoon in North Austin after being accidentally run over by a car driven by a relative, according to reports.
Austin-Travis County EMS responded to a mobile home park along the 8105 block of Research Boulevard just before 3:30 p.m. The victim, a 10-year-old boy, was dead at the scene, medics said.
While police investigate the incident, they suggested the incident was accidental. It's unclear if any charges are pending against the driver.
