Chipotle Offering Free Food To Teachers In Austin And Beyond

AUSTIN, TX – Chipotle restaurants are celebrating Teacher Appreciation Day on Tuesday with free food for educators.

Beginning at 3 p.m. on On Tuesday, May 8, the restaurant chain will offer teachers a buy-one-get-one-free deal on burritos, bowls, salad or an order of tacos at all participating sites, according to the Chipotle website. Teachers can claim their freebie by presenting their faculty ID, according to restaurant chain officials.

The offer is good per person, for in-restaurant dining and not valid for online, mobile, fax or catering orders, officials stress. The offer is seemingly company-wide, but it's always a good idea to check ahead of time to see if your neighborhood Chipotle restaurant is participating in the deal.
