- On Tuesday, Jan. 25, Pflugerville City Council approved a $133,214 professional services agreement with AGCM Inc. to cover various "needs assessment and programming services" for its new City Hall facility. AGCM will help the city establish "a budget, programs scope and milestones schedule for the project" and "coordinate communication between the city and potential builders." The project's goal "is to create a facility that will house several different city departments currently located in separate buildings around the city." It will be located at the northwest corner of FM 685 and Pecan Street and extend farther east to Main Street, "connecting the street with FM 685." - Today, Jan. 27, Round Rock City Council will consider "a memorandum of intent from the city of Pflugerville to discuss feasibility of returning Round Rock's treated effluent wastewater to Lake Pflugerville." According to city documents, "the memo is a nonbinding agreement with no cost associated." Michael Thane, Utilities Director, said "We're not here to incur more costs...We're here to help our neighbor but also make sure it's right for Round Rock."
