On Tuesday, September 28, the City Council adopted the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan is the guiding document that outlines goals and objectives for the City of Pflugerville.

Working in a series of workshops facilitated by Alexander Consulting, City Council met to prioritize and establish a clear vision and mission for the City and goals to align budget priorities and decisions.

City Council identified four key themes of Safety, Economic Development, Infrastructure and Services to serve as the foundation of the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan and identified four main goals:
