City Of Pflugerville: City Of Pflugerville Names Robbi Craig As People And Culture Director

Robbi Craig has been named the City of Pflugerville’s People and Culture Director after City Council confirmed her appointment at their December 14 meeting. She will oversee all human resources including compensation, recruitment, on-boarding, retention, employee relations and employee benefits for City staff. 

Craig has almost 20 years of experience in human resources, with 14 years of experience in state government most recently with the Railroad Commission of Texas. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from St. Mary’s University. In addition, she holds a Professional of Human Resources certification, is a Society for Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), holds an Executive Education Managerial Leadership Certificate from the University of Texas at Austin, and recently completed the Governor’s Executive Development Program. Her diverse work experience includes professional development, policy review and development and software implementation. 

Craig will start her new role at the City of Pflugerville on January 3, 2022.
