Public Hearings will be held on August 2, 2021 at 7pm by the Planning and Zoning Commission either at City Hall Council Chambers located at 100 E. Main Street Suite 500 or by video/telephone conference and August 24, 2021 at 7pm by the City Council at City Hall Council Chambers, regarding an application to rezone approximately 5.03-acre tract of land locally addressed 20502 FM 685, from Agriculture/Development Reserve (A) district to General Business 2 (GB2) district; to be known as the 20502 FM 685 Rezoning (REZ2106-04). The agenda for each public hearing will be posted 72 hours prior to the public hearing date on the city’s website https://pflugerville.legistar.com and at City Hall at 100 E. Main Street.
