Public Hearings will be held on August 2, 2021 at 7pm by The Planning and Zoning Commission by video/telephone conference and August 24, 2021 at 7pm by the City Council at City Hall Council Chambers located at 100 E. Main Street, Suite 500 regarding an application to rezone approximately 96.341-acre tract of land located north of Cameron Road and west of the 1849 Park, from Agriculture/Development Reserve (A) district to Planned Unit Development (PUD) district; to be known as the Cameron 96 PUD Rezoning (REZ2101-01). The agenda for each public hearing will be posted 72 hours prior to the public hearing date on the city’s website https://pflugerville.legistar.com and at City Hall at 100 E. Main Street.
