The following ordinance was approved on First Reading by the Pflugerville City Council at their regular meeting on September 28, 2021. The ordinance is scheduled to be considered on second and final reading at the regular City Council meeting on October, 2021. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers, 100 East Main Street, Suite 500 and will begin at 7:00 p.m.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCES ESTABLISHING A FRANCHISE REQUIREMENT FOR PROVIDING EMERGENCY SERVICES WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF PFLUGERVILLE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREFORE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The caption of this ordinance will remain published on the City website until its final consideration by the Pflugerville City Council.
