The following ordinance will be considered on First Reading by the Pflugerville City Council at a meeting on February 8, 2022.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will take place at 100 East Main Street, Suite 500.  A copy of this ordinance is available for review at the City Secretary’s Office located at 100 East Main Street, Suite 300.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS, FINDING THAT THE PROVISION OF SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND RECYCLING IS NOT A PUBLIC UTILITY; AMENDING AN EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT FOR THE COLLECTION, HAULING, RECYCLING AND DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLABLE MATERIALS; AMENDING CERTAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FRANCHISE GRANT; AMENDING THE TERM OF THE FRANCHISE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The caption of this ordinance will remain posted until its final consideration by the Pflugerville City Council.
