The following ordinance will be considered on First Reading by the Pflugerville City Council at a meeting on August 10, 2021.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will take place at 100 East Main Street, Suite 500.  A copy of this ordinance is available for review at the City Secretary’s Office located at 100 East Main Street, Suite 300.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 53 OF THE CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS, TITLE V PUBLIC WORKS, CHAPTER 53 INDUSTRIAL WASTES, BY REPEALING  SECTIONS 53.040 THROUGH 53.061 AND REPLACING WITH SECTIONS 53.040 THROUGH 53.052 TO COMPLY WITH FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATIONS; PROVIDING FOR A VIOLATION AS A CLASS C MISDEMEANOR AND A FINE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND REPEALER; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
