The following ordinance will be considered on First Reading by the Pflugerville City Council at a meeting on December 14, 2021.  The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will take place at 100 East Main Street, Suite 500.  A copy of this ordinance is available for review at the City Secretary’s Office located at 100 East Main Street, Suite 300.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A TAX RESALE DEED FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY LOTS 23, BLOCK B, SPRINGBROOK PHASE A SECTION 1-G, PLAT NUMBER 200100112 AS DESCRIBED IN DOCUMENT NUMBER 2008036125 OF THE DEED OF RECORDS OF TRAVIS COUNTY TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The caption of this ordinance will remain posted until its final consideration by the Pflugerville City Council.
