City Of Pflugerville: Teen Scavenger Hunt

Teens ages 12-18 are invited to explore Pflugerville for a chance to win a $50 gift card to Black Pearl Books, sponsored by the Friends of the Pflugerville Library.

Follow the clues, take a photo at each location, and upload the images to this Google form. Please note that a Google account is required. If you do not have a Google account, you can email your photo submissions to amandac@pflugervilletx.gov with the subject line “Scavenger Hunt.” Include your name and age in your email. The submission window is August 1 through August 15, 2021. Submissions after August 15 with not be accepted.

The first 15 entrants to complete at least 9 out of 10 scavenger hunt clues will receive a U Get What U Get Book Box, filled with free books and swag. All entrants that complete 9/10 clues will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift card to Black Pearl Books.

The first five clues will lead you to a specific location. You can research the clues online if you need help. The last five clues are open to interpretation, but photos should still be taken within the scavenger hunt boundaries.

None of these clues require you to enter a building. Photos of the building exteriors are fine. The clues will lead you to locations ranging from Pfluger Park to Main Street (see below photo).

Please note that submitted photos may be shared on the library's social media pages.

You must be ages 12-18 to participate in this activity.
