City Of Pflugerville: Upcoming Construction At Town Center Drive And Pfluger Farm Lane

The first phase of construction at Town Center Drive and Pfluger Farm Lane will begin on Monday, September 27, 2021. During this phase, which is estimated to take 90 days, the intersection of Town Center Drive and Pfluger Farm Lane will be completely shut down. While the intersection is closed, thru traffic in the area will be limited, as seen in the map (click to enlarge). However, during this closure:

These developer-led improvements will include adding a roundabout at Pfluger Farm Lane and Town Center Drive and the extension of Pfluger Farm Lane to the north consistent with the City’s Transportation Plan and 2020 Bond Program. This project is the first in a series of projects to complete the extension of Pfluger Farm Lane, providing additional connectivity between Wilke Lane and Pflugerville Parkway. The entire project is expected to be complete by March 2022, but this first phase will have the greatest impact on thru traffic.
