Cool Lobby Lounge Set To Unveil At North Austin Hotel/Eatery
On June 7, Archer Hotel Austin and Second Bar + Kitchen Domain NORTHSIDE will present revamped digs opening up lobby into restaurant.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — Archer Hotel Austin and Second Bar + Kitchen Domain NORTHSIDE will soon unveil a new lobby lounge, creating what officials call "more synergy" between the locally-renowned restaurant and stunning hotel lobby.
Starting on June 7, the area will feature a fresh, updated look and new daily happy hour, creating a lobby lounge serving as an inviting gathering destination for locals and travelers alike, officials said.
"Like Archer, the nouveau lounge has a natural flow and is authentically Texas-chic—think cocktail dress worn with the perfect pair of cowboy boots," a press advisory reads. "The hotel’s double-sided limestone fireplace anchors sink-in-and-stay couches and chairs with elegant, textured-fabric and sumptuous-leather seating."

Complemented with industrial-inspired tables, the lobby lounge’s new design yields an ideal spot to casually share nibbles and libations, according to the press release. High-top seating and a reclaimed white oak serving station creates an inviting extension of Second Bar + Kitchen Domain NORTHSIDE’s open-design bar, according to the report.
"The limestone lobby nook near the grand staircase and crystal-clad chandelier are also updated with a curved sofa, modern wingback chairs and tables, which will all now offer table service," it was further noted..

The debut of the refreshed space comes with a new Lobby Lounge Happy Hour at Second Bar + Kitchen Domain NORTHSIDE. Offered daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the freshly remodeled space, Archer Austin guests and Second Bar + Kitchen Domain NORTHSIDE diners can indulge in an "unbeatable" happy hour, officials added.
A variety of wine, beer and refreshing libations such as the Green River, Hibiscus Paloma and rotating classic cocktails will be priced at $5 each, as well as half off select bottles of wine. Fan-favorite snacks like Marinated Olives, Blistered Shishito Peppers and Veal Meatballs Arrabiata will also be available for $5 each. Plus, plates and signature pizzas, including Avocado Fundido, Congress Burger and Black and Bleu pizza, will be $10 during happy hour.
