Drunk Driver Arrested In Taco Bell Drive-Through: Police
Reports say she admitted she shouldn't be driving, and that she has two DWI convictions.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — A woman parked at a Taco Bell drive-through was arrested early Christmas morning and charged with driving while intoxicated, according to reports.
Around 2:50 a.m., while the Taco Bell was closed, a Travis County Sheriff's deputy noticed the car driven by Angela Rodriguez, 34, while no lights were on inside the restaurant as it was closed for the holiday. KXAN reported the car was running but parked in the drive through lane.
Rodriguez told the officer she was waiting for her order. As she was saying this, the affidavit said, "the automated voice at the drive through was saying Taco Bell was closed.”

An affidavit said Rodriguez told the deputy she had just left her girlfriend's house and said "she know she should not be driving," according to KXAN.
She has two DWI convictions, the report said. Rodriguez had a blood-alcohol-content of .108, well over the legal limit.
