Pflugerville Vote: 2 Council Candidates Clinch Seats, 1 Barely
Rudy Metayer and Jim McDonald secure victory in second attempt while incumbent Jeff Marsh barely squeaks through with mere 2% advantage.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Two candidates won seats on the city council after their second tries while an incumbent barely held on to his spot on the dais in the Tuesday election.
