Keller Williams Houston Preferred to Give Where They Live
Keller Williams Houston Preferred participating in RED Day event at senior rehabilitation facility to give back to the community.
Keller Williams Houston Preferred recently announced it will be participating in the 12th annual RED Day on May 12 at Windsong Village, a senior rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. RED (Renew, Energize, and Donate) Day is a Keller Williams Realty service initiative dedicated to improving local communities. “We will be relandscaping the courtyard and repainting the walls at Windsong Village,” said Keller Williams Houston Preferred co-owner and Realtor Donnie Jones.
A large portion of the 228 agents at KWPreferred will be involved in the community outreach event and work as a team. Afterward, they will have a party with the Windsong Village residents. “It promises to be a fun community event that not only helps these deserving seniors, but honors Keller Williams International’s Mo Anderson,” said Jones.
RED Day was created to celebrate the birthday of the Vice Chairman of Keller Williams, Mo Anderson, aka the “heart of Keller Williams Realty” whose mantra is caring, sharing and giving. All Keller Williams franchises across the world take the day off to reach out to the community that they serve on behalf of Anderson’s birthday.

In addition to RED Day, Judy Berno, Realtor and co-owner of KWPreferred, announced a new Keller Williams downtown Houston office. “Due to incredible growth and demand for a brokerage, KWPreferred is expanding into the vibrant downtown/EaDo areas with a full-service brokerage,” said Berno. “Residential and commercial agents will be part of this new office, which is slated to open on June 1, 2016.”
