Man Entering North Austin Strip Club Busted For Cocaine Possession

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — A man was booked into jail after he was found with three plastic bags containing cocaine while trying to enter a North Austin strip club, according to a published report.
The incident occurred Saturday at around 3:45 a.m. in the Foxy's Cabaret strip club at 16328 N. Interstate frontage road, according to the Austin American-Statesman. As the man was being patted down upon entry to the club, a security personnel found the bags on Jorge Cazares, 23, according to the report.
"It's definitely cocaine," Cazares is said to have acknowledged, according to an affidavit referenced by the newspaper. "I just bought it."

After police were called, they tested the powder found in the bags to confirm it was cocaine, the Statesman reported. Ultimately, seven bags with a total of 3.7 grams were confiscated, according to the report. As a result, the man was charged with a third-degree felony for possession of a controlled substance.
According to its Google entry, the Foxy's Cabaret strip club opens at 4 p.m. and closes at 5 a.m. every day of the week.
