Man With 'Feelings He Was Unable To Control' Busted For Filming Teen Neighbors Changing Clothes
Brandon Cutro, 35, had just put his kids to bed when he wandered outside to film the teen girls from outside their window: arrest affidavit.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — A man who told police "feelings that he was unable to control" recently led him to record his neighbor's daughters through a bathroom window was jailed for invasive visual recording, a state felony punishable by two years in jail.
Brandon Cutro, 35, had just put his own kids to bed at around 9 p.m. on Feb. 22 when he went outdoors and used his cell phone to record the teen girls from outside their window as they changed clothes, KVUE reported. Details of his actions were disclosed on Monday via an arrest affidavit.
After one of the girls spotted Cutro, the father went outside and saw Cutro holding up his phone to the window. According to the affidavit, police later found a recording on the suspect's phone of one of the girls. Cutro is said to have then admitted to having filmed through the window.
