Man Fired Gun Several Times At Another Motorist In Pflugerville
Cesar Muñoz, 38, charged with aggravated assault, a second-degree felony, in Saturday incident along Texas 130.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — A passenger in a pickup truck traveling at a high rate of speed was arrested over the weekend for firing a gun several times at another vehicles, Pflugerville police said.
In an arrest affidavit referenced by the Austin American-Statesman, Cesar Muñoz, 38, is charged with aggravated assault, a second-degree felony, and is being held on $20,000 bail.
The incident occurred Saturday along Texas 130, according to the report. The motorist who was fired upon pursued the vehicle while speaking to police on the phone, during which the dispatch operator heard four to five gunfire shots, the newspaper reported. The pickup truck sped up to 100 miles per hour during the pursuit, according to the report.

Police pulled the truck over, detaining Muñoz and the driver, according to the affidavit. A Glock pistol and empty magazine were found inside the vehicle, police said.
It's unclear what may have provoked the road rage incident to occur. It's unclear if the other driver faces any charges.
