Man Seriously Hurt After Fall From Cliff: Austin EMS
Man in his 30s tumbled some 20 feet off embankment near Hamilton Pool, suffering potentially life-threatening injuries.
AUSTIN, TX — A man sustained potentially life-threatening injuries after falling off a cliff near Hamilton Pool on Sunday afternoon, officials said.
Austin-Travis County EMS medics were dispatched to 23610 Hamilton Pool Rd. at Reimers Ranch at around 1:45 p.m. where a man was hurt after falling some 20 feet from a cliff, officials said via Twitter. Aiding in the rescue was a crew in a STARflight medical helicopter, according to reports.
The victim of the fall, a man in his 30s, was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center with injuries that medics deemed potentially life-threatening.
