Man Seriously Injured While Fleeing North Austin Crash
Man in his 20s sustains serious, potentially life-threatening injuries after falling down ravine while running away from crash, medics said.
NORTH AUSTIN, TX — A man fled the scene of a North Austin collision on Saturday only to fall down a ravine and sustain life-threatening injuries, according to medics.
The incident occurred just before noon at West Yager Lane and the Interstate 35 service road, Austin-Travis County EMS wrote on Twitter. Medics said the victim, a man in his 20s, was injured while fleeing from a collision and sustained serious, life-threatening injuries.
The patient was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment. No further details were made available.
