Missing Teen Prompts Search In North Austin
Police said Cayden Bell, 17, was last seen outside Dell Children's Medical Center early Friday afternoon.
AUSTIN, TX — Police on Friday evening issued a plea for help from the public in locating a missing teen.
In a press advisory emailed to Patch just after 6:30 p.m., the Austin Police Department wrote that Cayden Bell, 17, was last seen outside the Dell Children's Hospital, 4900 Mueller Blvd., at 2:24 p.m., and has not been seen since. The police department released photos of the teen in the hopes someone might recognize him and alert police as to his whereabouts.
The teen is described as being five feet, nine inches tall, 135 pounds in weight with dark blonde reaching just below his ears. He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie with the word "Blind" in white lettering with red outline on the front, pajama bottoms and no shoes.

Concern over Bell's welfare is heightened given mental health issues, police noted. Anyeone who sees him is strongly urged to call 9-1-1.
