  1. Although the city of Austin received a boil water notice this weekend, the city of Pflugerville is not currently under a boil water notice. What that means is that "any Pflugerville Water, Manville Water and Texas Water Utilities (formerly SouthWest Water) customers do not have to boil their water." For those who have an address in Pflugerville but don't live within Pflugerville city limits, but who receive Austin city services -- including water -- but are not sure who their water provider is, they can check their water bill or the interactive water provider service map here.   2. On Sunday, Feb. 6, a "person was arrested for arson after a fire at a used car dealership in the building of San Fernando Motors Inc., located at 8545 N.
