North Austin Coldwell Banker Raises American Cancer Society Funds

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — The Northwest Austin office of Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS®’ recently raised $2,765 to benefit the American Cancer Society, officials said on Monday.

The funds were raised through the office's 15th Annual Potluck Luncheon and Silent Auction event last month, officials noted. Proceeds are raised by the company’s affiliated sales associates, partners and vendors, officials explained.

Cumulatively, the office has raised exponentially more through this method. Since 2005, officials said, the Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS®’ Northwest Austin office Annual ACS Potluck and Silent Auction has raised almost $90,000.

“The luncheon and silent auction event is a fun time for us to get together and raise money for a great cause while we enjoy delicious food and some competitive bidding," Teresa Recar, branch manager of the Coldwell Banker office said. "Our affiliated agents and staff have helped support this wonderful organization over the years and I’m proud to say that our collective efforts have raised close to $90,000 for the ACS.”
