North Austin Man Arrested After Lewd Behavior With Fence As Prop

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — A man was arrested last week after a neighbor reporting him being lewd with a fence, according to a published report.

Eleodoro Estala, 32, was arrested for indecent exposure after allegedly exposing himself while making lewd gestures at around 11:25 a.m. on Wednesday at a home off North Lamar Boulevard, according to an arrest affidavit referenced by the Austin American-Statesman.

The complainant told police she was looking outside the window of her duplex when she saw Estala, her neighbor, urinating by the fence separating their properties, according to the report. The woman told police she started filming the man with her cell phone when he started to take off his clothes, the newspaper reported.

Adding to his impromptu performance, the man then put his mouth against the chain link fence and stuck his tongue out through one of the holes.

The woman shared the video with police, who were able to use it to warrant his arrest. He was booked into the Travis County Jail with a bail set at $2,500.
