North Austin Man Jailed After Allegedly Exposing Himself To Child
Roy Charles Ayers, 51, charged with indecent exposure against a mother and child as he stood at a bus stop across from elementary school.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX -- A North Austin man was arrested last week after police said he exposed himself to a four-year-old child, according to an arrest affidavit.
Roy Charles Ayers, 51, was booked into the Travis County Jail on Wednesday after exposing himself to a child and mother that same day around 3 p.m. The incident occurred across from Joslin Elementary School, the Austin American-Statesman reported in citing a newly released affidavit.
According to the mother, she and her her child were in a vehicle, stopped at a red light at Redd Street and Manchaca Road. Ayers was standing at a bus stop when he is said to have done the deed.

After the mother’s outcry to police, Ayers was jailed on $7,500 bail. According to jail records, he remained behind bars as of Monday afternoon.
