North Austin's Baby Greens To Mark Birthday With $1 Salads, Wraps

Also, first 10 to wish them a happy birthday will receive complimentary salad dressing, with some of the day's proceeds benefiting charity.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — To celebrate its one-year anniversary, Baby Greens will celebrate with $1 salads and wraps and other giveaways this Wednesday.

Baby Greens is a drive-through restaurant offering salads and wraps using all-natural, healthful ingredients at affordable prices. The restaurant reopened its location on West Anderson Lane last year.

"It's been an amazing first year," Sharon Mays, the founder and owner of Baby Greens, located at 1508 W. Anderson Lane, said. "We've received so much love and support from the Austin community. We're just excited to celebrate and share some of the love that our customers have given to Baby Greens."

To commemorate their first birthday and say thank you to their loyal customers, officials at Baby Greens will offer $1 salads and wraps (one per person) and a limited number of discounted branded T-shirts all day on Wednesday, Nov. 1. Also being celebrated is the launch of the Baby Greens salad dressing, ten 16-ounce bottles of which will be given free of charge to the first ten customers wishing the store a happy birthday, officials said.

Baby Greens officials said they plan to give back to the Austin community on the restaurant's birthday: All Nov. 1 sales proceeds of BT juice, a tasty high-antioxidant drink, will be donated to the local nonprofit Flatwater Foundation — dedicated to providing those diagnosed with cancer, their families and loved ones access to mental health therapy and family support.
