Northeast Austin Teen Hospitalized With Gunshot Wound
Medics went to intersection of Barns Trail and St. Merryn Road Monday night before taking male victim to hospital with critical injuries.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — A teenager was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries after suffering a gunshot wound in Northeast Austin on Monday night, emergency officials said.
Austin-Travis County EMS medics responded to the intersection of Barns Trail and St. Merryn Road at around 11:24 p.m. where they transported a male teen to Dell Seton Medical Center for treatment of critical injuries.
Medics said the teen was the only patient involved. EMS officials provided no further details, noting the Austin Police Department would be leading the investigation.
