Officials To Unveil Details On Pflugerville Crime-Fighting Effort

Tuesday town hall meeting will detail public on initiative aimed at fighting crime in Pflugerville, Wells Branch unincorporated areas.

PFLUGERVILLE, TX — Law enforcement officials on Tuesday are scheduled to provide a progress report on an initiative aimed at fighting crime in the unincorporated areas of Pflugerville and Wells Branch.

Travis County Sheriff's Office officials will stage a town hall meeting on Nov. 28 apprising the public of the progress on their crime-fighting mission. Via a press advisory, a sheriff's office spokeswoman said the mission has been completed, and officials will share the comprehensive actions taken and results achieved.

The town hall meeting is scheduled to take place Tuesday, Nov. 28, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Wells Branch MUD (municipal utility district) Community Center, 2106 Klattenhoff, in Austin. Among the topics of discussion will be details on the initiative, crime statistics, crime prevention and community relations. A Q&A will follow the formal presentation.

Among those scheduled to attend the gathering are Pflugerville Police Chief Jessica Robledo, Travis County Sheriff Sally Hernandez, Chief Deputy Anthony Johnson of the TCSO and county commissioners Jeff Travillion and Brigid Shea.
