One Person Dead in North Austin Rollover Crash
The crash occurred only hours after another fatal car accident in Austin.
NORTH AUSTIN-PFLUGERVILLE, TX - At least one person is dead after a rollover crash on the northbound service road of Interstate 35 Wednesday morning.
Police got the call at about 6:00 a.m. on Dec. 30, KVUE reported. The northbound service road was closed between Braker Lane and VFW Road, but has now been reopened.
Another fatal crash occurred in South Austin at 2:20 a.m. when a woman crashed into a tree at Barton Springs Road and Kinney Avenue.

The woman was the only person in the truck and there were no other vehicles involved in the accident, according to KVUE. Police do not believe there were any witnesses to the crash.
It is unclear at this time if alcohol or weather had anything to do with the fatal crash,
