Oral Sex In A Restaurant Booth: Couple Arrested, Accused

An affidavit says witnesses were very offended and that children were present.

AUSTIN, TX — A couple was arrested Sunday after a restaurant manager noticed them engaging in oral sex in a restaurant booth, according to an arrest affidavit, the Statesman reported.

Jonathan Hightower, 31, and Lashanda Fisher, 28, were in the Baby Acapulco restaurant at 13609 North I-35 service road, the Statesman reported, when they engaged in oral sex in a restaurant booth for about five minutes in front of other customers, it is alleged.

Police responded to the restaurant on New Year's Eve, to be told when they arrived by a security guard that the two had gone to the 7-Eleven gas station next door.
